crackling noise while playing orange box

well i made a post yesterday about the orange box...i got it...well i love it..ITS SUPER HOT THE thing is that wen i play i hear dis crackling noise its not huge but its annoying..any1 noe why? or is it cuz its jus like that..btw i play on an hDTv and only on that gamegoingunder2

I've been hearing the same little crackles... it's really annoying.  

I have the same problems but i am running the ps3 through a audio/video reciever and it does the same crackle sound occaisionaly. (playing in pcm 7.1)

I contacted customer support and have gotten the run around.
