Hi ppl Im having a problem buying stuff off the playstation store. First, Im living in Ireland using the EU Store i've purchased COD4 maps and PixelJunk Eden only 2 weeks ago now when i try using the same info to buy Warhawk expansions its saying ''Your credit card information is invalid'' WTF! I know its all correct and my credit company said they have no problem releasing the funds, so what is happening?? I've tried different variations and nothing, this is starting to get ridiculous. Has anyone had the same problem? Does Sony know that this is a major problem because i've read I'm not alone on this. ps. dont ask me for my credit card info.
Can't exactly remember if this is what was wrong with mine but it was to do with the card number but try putting the - thing in the credit card number inbetween the sets of letters.
you can only enter numbers no dashes, thanks anyways. this is happening to alot of people. sony wanna get there fingers out and start sorting this out.
A friend of mine said that Sony was going to come up with some sort of Prepaid cards like microsoft has, sometime this fall. I actually want to purchase a great deal of games, but Im having problems with the card too. smh.
I called customer service and they said head office would be in contact in the next 10 working days. I'm guessing they will probably just send me an e-mail telling me to enter my details as they appear on my credit card statement. Oh well no Warhawk expansions for me O_o

well i had this problem but was able to figure it out, i was putting my home address as "1234-56th ave" when it should have been "1234 56th ave" no dash. dont know if that helps

There are already Japanese and Hong Kong PSN cards available online. The American ones also will come out soon (next month i think)

I talked to techical support and they said head office would be in contact within 10 working days he also said that they have recieved alot of calls about this.......I really wanna play the Warhawk expansions & Mortal Kombat II
