Cross-Buy Question

I have a question about Cross-Buy for Playstation All-Stars.

I was looking at the description and couldn't figure out whether I can buy the PS3 version and the Vita version is a code I can use to download the game and then I can sell the PS3 game OR if both would be connected to my account forever and if I tried to sell the PS3 version it wouldn't work or require an online pass to use or something.
