they were paid to be exclusive to microsoft in case you didnt know, and now the contract was fufilled they can do what they want, in the eyes of a dev money>gamers
Just wait for GOTY edition anyways, Id much rather have all five for a price which will be dramatically reduced after a week or so like Oblivion GOTY was.
