Dante's Inferno....!!!!

This demo (DOWNLOAD IT NOW!!) made me wanting more. First demo to do that in a long time. PS3, best console to own in 2010. Why? God of War 3 + Dante's Inferno = WIN!!!!

Yeah it was great. A little too much like GOW though... But anyway I guess thats not bad. I also wasn't ready for the nudity in it :lol: My mom was in the room when I was playing.

Yeah, it was frickin' brilliant! I never cared for the game but I downloaded the demo just for fun and it blew me away. Now, it has become a Day 1 buy for me.

Yeah it was great. A little too much like GOW though... But anyway I guess thats not bad. I also wasn't ready for the nudity in it :lol: My mom was in the room when I was playing.

i'm sure she didn'tbat an eyelashabout all the gratuitous violence, but went batty when she saw boobs on the screen for 3 seconds :roll:

Haven't played it yet, but I don't know if I want to put myself in a position to have the poem ruined for me.

On one hand, it could give it better imagery when I read it.

On the other, it could turn the imagination of the poem into God of War, and I don't know if I want that.

I like the whole story behind the game I played the demo and enjoyed it so I will buy it probably not first day as I have plenty of games to beat now.

After that demo it is a day one purchase for me.

I liked it. It was like God Of War without the Greek Mythology. Not bad for an action "pass the time" type of game.

I was planning to buy it day one, but now I probably won't buy it at all. I didn't like it that much, so i'm just gonna stick with GOW.

It was solid, but I didn't enjoy the camera or the comic book scenes at all. I'm still on the fence with this one.

The demo comes to UK soon, can't wait to play it, as this is one of my most anticipated games of 2010 :D

there is a gow3 demo out (sony gave out keys, also gamestop gave out keys, its also coming with district9 bluray), so it's not hard to believe people have played it

it was alot better than i thought it would be deffinate playthrough for me.ive never really played gow because i was more into the original xbox and live at the time. my ps2 was just for games like dragons quest. but now its the opposite im a ps3 online junkie havent even turned on my 360 in 14months. but im still payin for live what an idiot i am.

There was just something about it that put me off. I didn't like it. I don't know if it was the art-styIe or the gameplay or the story or what, but I just didn't like it. It's also much too similar to God of War for me to buy it. If I was to get another game in the genre, it would be Bayonetta.

I'm sure it was one of the Dev Diaries that said they were proud to be called a god of war clone.

Surely there is nothing wrong with looking and playing a successful franchise? no one complains about the hundreds of run-of-the-mill, identical FPS games we get a year.

Hopefully fans of the text (like me) can turn off their fear of it ruining the poem and enjoy it for what it is. And fans of GOW can forget that it looks the same and play this (hopefully) amazing game based on an amazing epic poem.

Anyways, it is just my opinion, but i think this game will be truely epic and deserving of the money i have earmarked for the special edition!

Yeah, that is the feeling I got too. Just not as immersive as GOW3.

Yep that is how I felt when I played both demos. Bayonetta seem fresh to me even if it is a DMC clone. Of course I never played DMC lol. I felt the graphics of of DI was a PS2 game.

I'm looking forward to this morethen GoW now after the demo, but in all fairness I have not played the GoW3 demo, just part 1 and 2.
