I know this has probably already been asked but what is the better game and why. Dante's Inferno or God Of War III. I understand that God Of War has a huge fan base so it's hard to say. I'm asking this because I want to buy one of them and I herd there so close to eachother, and I don't care if Dante's Inferno "copied" GOW i just want to know which is better and why.

GOW is better in my opinion, b/c ive enjoyed and played all the games in the series, but I beat dante's inferno in 4h and 3m. And didnt feel the need to replay it, GOW will probably be your better buy.
There really isn't much of a debate here. Even the guys who dev'd Dante's Inferno would probably straight up tell you to get God of War III instead. I mean come on, think about it...
Joke thread? God of War 3 will be a hundred times better on all levels, it will be a masterpiece. I doubt one person on this forum legitimately thinks Dante's Inferno is better than God of War 3.

Personally Dante's Inferno felt unfinished. Some of the levels of hell could have been so much more expansive. Just look at the City of Dis, where you don't fight a single enemy and go through it in around 15mins. I also wanted more bosses to go against, other then just people from Dante's past, excluding Cleopatra and king Minos.
I am going to be getting God of War 3, but I rented Dante's Inferno and it is very fun, but God of War 3 is just going to blow it out of the water. So, God of War 3.

Well dantes inferno had 9 circles of hell and the circles of lust, and gluttony only took 15 min. It felt rushed and unfinished. Gow will mo def be longer and the demo is far superior to the whole game Dantes inferno
