Dark Sector Question

Hi i am getting Dark Sector along with Rainbow Six Vegas 2 this Saturday.

May i know how long is the whole game on first playthrough?

i heard ppl say its 10 chapters with 4 parts each... so how long is that?

And if i am not allowed to get both Rainbow Six Vegas 2 and Dark Sector, which one should i get first?

Well, I haven't beat the game yet, but someone on the board has.

He said 8-10 hrs? I believe, It just depends how fast you play it, so we'll leave it at that time.

Picking between either game

I'll go Dark Sector for singler player, but if you want online mode FOR SURE it's RSV 2.

Dark sector with an average gamer should take inbetween 10-12 hours!!!

Online with dark sector looks cool, but is not all there. No voice chat and other issues.

But the game has sick graphics and sound if you have an hd tv, I am enjoying the hell out of the single player and you will lfind a ok cover system, some big boss fights, some destrutcable environments, like when a whole wooden barn buliding came crumbling down piece by peice as a monster rammed into it.

F or me it feels like uncharted but dark, hence the resident evil feel.

Rainbow does not look, sound or feel like a next gen game even on an hd tv. The havent changed the music or sound from the first rainbow. You will know exactly how this game plays if you played the first, but things are alittle tighter here and there.

Now that online is fixed its better, so basically you are looking at a singe or muli player game to choose from. Which do you like better?

I got DarkSector yesterday and played it nonstop from 6:00 pm-1:30 am and I haven't beat it yet and that is with only dying 4 times. I'm taking my time to play it and not rushing through it either.

I also got RSV2 the week before and played it 3 days straight and beat the single player and half way through on the next difficulty setting. I got into this one more than the first, but after beating this one going back to play the first one makes it easier some how.
