I would really be mad if those content are exclusive only to the pc and it won't be an added content to the console version. this edition got way more content and I mean alot and it also involves expanding the lore of the game.

What are you trying to do, piss off PS3 gamers? If so, it isn't working.

no im not pissing them. It is just that i want to hear your thoughts about this.
I hope they give us the extra content. I'm a big fan of the Souls games, and have put so much time into Dark Souls. Would love to have some new areas to explore, and bosses to defeat. I would think they would eventually release it on consoles... they better! Please, please, please :)

Since I got it on PS3, I'm in denial, hoping it eventually comes to PS3 and Xbox. I mean, they said they didn't plan for the game to come to PC and it did, so even if they don't have plans RIGHT NOW for console DLC, it could happen.

So? It's released months after the initial release on consoles. Same with Witcher 2 for Xbox; it has extra content. Are the PC crowd crying about it? No. Saying that, there's no reason for the extra DLC not to be released on consoles. Just don't cry yourself to death if that doesn't occur.

It is just that it feels kinda unfair. like there is some unfair marketing practice. I paid 60 bucks and then the PC users paid 60 bucks with more bang to it.
I paid $60 for the game when it came out. I'm 80 hours into it I've gotten every penny's worth. I don't care about DLC. Would you rather they give you half the game and milk you on day one DLC like other companies?

What does this releasing months after release for PC have anything to do with this being fair? I'm thinking about getting a gaming PC anyway, with the way that console gaming is going, but this is going to push me over the edge.
So yeah for me it will be, $600-800 Dark Souls DLC. Capcom has nothing on that.
everything extra that went to 360's version was released as free DLC for the PC version of the witcher 2, 10+ gb of content free of charge. thats a company that knows how to do proper business and earn hardcore fans.
dark souls is one of (if not) my all-time fave game with witcher 2 close behind. i would gladly pay for the dark souls DLC for my ps3. otherwise, i suppose I'll have to buy the game again for cheap on steam in the far future to play the new content.

everything extra that the 360 version got was availible in a free patch on PC.There is alot of poor arguing going on here...
The way it looks right now, the PS3 and Xbox360 gamers will not be getting the extra content promised for the PC-version. If you watch the interview with Uche, you will notices how he "expects"(?) eager Ps3 and Xbox360 "Dark Souls"-gamers to also buy and enjoy this PC-version.
This I feel, is pretty lame. I truly hope From Software decides to publish this extra content as DLC for both Xbox360 and PS3. He states himself that From Software is a console-focused company.
Let's keep our fingers crossed for a DLC :) I'll gladly pay for it :)
If not; let's start a petition
