its not my petition but i did sign it. i think David Hayter should screenwrite for the MGS movie hes been involved with the Solid series since the beginning.

I don't really do online petitions, but for Metal Gear I did. It would be better than having some nobody that doesn't even know the franchise, do it.

Why bother... Hayter already wrote the script for the MGS movie but they decided not to accept it. I love Hayter as much as the next guy but Hayter made Snake, Hayter didn't make the Metal Gear Solid story Kojima did that so I believe he should lead the project.

if u read where i found out about the petition youd know that he still wants to write the script even though yes they shot him down the first time and that if enough ppl sign the petition sony pictures may rethink and also that hayter wants to work with kojima on the script. Plz pay attention lol

If he did do it then they made him change it to suit them its not really his work... I would like him to do it but if there's a better candidate I'd rather have them do it, people want Hayter to do it because he is snake and they've heard he is a screenwriter (not because people know he is a good screenwriter or that his style would suit MGS) but Hayter even says himself that screenwriters are not widely recognised and so if some amazing screenwriter was willing to do it and had a script that suited Kojima they should do it. *fingers crossed that that makes sense*
