Daxter Bundle vs God of War Bundle

I like the Daxter bundle the best for people new to the PSP, as it comes with all the things you need to get started, plus a great game and movie. Plus, I like the color better :D.LZ71

Ditto. The GOW PSP is ugly IMO and it doesn't come with a memory stick. The silver PSP is sexy and comes with a memory stick, a decent game, and a Family Guy UMD. Family Guy, man! Can't beat that.

Yeah the Daxter PSP looks much better than the GOW Psp plus, the Daxter version gives u everything you need if your new to psp

memory stick is really cheap right now. also you will replace 1GB anyway.

god of war game is still 39$ in the most stores. Dexter is pretty old school.

I just picked up the God of War bundle - I am not disappointed at all. I've already seen Superbad countless times & I have it on DVD - but it's neat to have it for a long trip or otherwise bout of boredom when you can't watch a DVD conventionally - hilarious movie. God of War is a great game (not as familiar with the Daxter games, I'm going to be 30 this month, and those games don't appeal to me) I picked up a 1gig memory stick Pro Duo and it was only $28 - although I didn't read the contents of the other package (I am a huge Family Guy fan, but I have just about everything released on DVD already anyways so not a huge selling point to me) The colour of red itself is striking, but i think it rests ever so slightly on the fence between attractive and cheap looking - something about the gloss of the red gives the impression it's a plastic toy at times - red just happens to be my favourite colour ;) Ultimately I would base my decision on what you would rather play in terms of the game included, although already have the memory stick out of box is a nice touch - I didn't do my research thoroughly and had to make a second trip back to the store to get my card (I assumed all the bundles had a starter type memory stick in them, my bad, i paid for my mistake, literally) I just picked up Killzone Liberation for it, and so far I really enjoy that game. Ultimately I don't really think you can make a 'wrong' decision here - it's almost a catch 22, if you buy the Daxter pack you'll want GoW at some point and it's 39.99 although Futureshop i think has it on this week for $29.99 - if you choose the God of War pack, you could possibly spend less or equal to that on a memory card. If you haven't seen Superbad - you need to, whether you pick the GoW bundle or rent it or do something, but watch it.

This was a very tough decision for me to make. The GoW bundle is featured in my FAVORITE color of red. And GoW was one of my all time favorite games for the PS2. However, I went with the Daxter bundle because I got a deal I simply COULD NOT PASS UP.

I found a brand new mint condition only played for 2 hours Daxter bundle system with the following extras thrown into it:

Extra PSP games--

God Of War, sealed and never opened (well there you go, got GoW anyways)
Final Fantasy Tactics, sealed and never opened
FF7 Crisis core, only played once for a few hours (one of the major reasons I wanted to get a psp was for this game)
Disgaea, Never played even once

Extra PSP Accessories thrown into the deal--

Plastic case
Sony PSP Headphones

And of course the things that come in the bundle are the same, I get the Daxter game, the 1gb memory stick, the family guy UMD, etc etc, all the original manuals, cables, packaging and original box comes with it.

I got all of that for the same exact price as the Daxter bundle would have been. Simply could not pass up on a deal this good. :)
Are these two psp consoles the exact same with the exception of the colors?
