DC Universe free in October?

I've heard this game will be free starting October is that true? If so I plan on heading out this weekend to grab this game as I been wanting to play it for the longest time just didn't want to pay the 15 dollars

So, what I am hearing is that I can download the game and platinum it for free?

I cant beleive that they will let you download it for free, but you never know.jcopp72

It's been reiterated several times by Sony that the game will indeed be FREE to download.

As for trophies, I've heard many an unsubstantiated claim that they'll be locked for free tier members. I doubt it though.

I'll give this a try too. Can't beat free and I'm sure most of the bugs are gone now.

i kinda think they should still charge for the game though....i mean now theyre just gonna let it go...free to play fine but damn youre not getting anything from it now...

I bought it when it came out but only played the first free month. I liked it but I just didn't feel like paying for another month. But I'll get back into it now for sure. :D
