DC universe online monthly fee?

hi guys i was wondering if anyone knew if DC universe online was going to be pay to play or free after getting the game? either wayi am excited about it, can't come soon enough. anyone know would be really interesting to see anyone else looking forwards to it, and sorry if there is another thread like this.

They say that part is not yet been thought of yet and won't be til right before release and they are still in PRE-Alpha stage, then they hit Alpha and then Beta and finally the release of the finish game. There's a slight chance it might come out this year, if not then the Beta for sure.

I very excited too. Here's a link to the Forum for just the game on this site.It'll answer alot of questions and I always check it for new news on the game.

Since it's an MMO it maybe subscription based for SOE but most PS3 games aren't subscription based so therefore maybe a one-off payment, everyone probably wants a one-off payment or it maybe both like runescape, like you get extra land and benefits if you choose the subscription based option, plus I hope this game will have events and get recently updates like fortnightly if we're lucky because this game will be amazing compared to Marvel Universe Online which I seriously hate and do not adore.

It's DC versing Marvel at the same time SOE versing Vista and PS3 versing Xbox 360 and I hope DC, SOE and the PS3 win the LOOT!!!!!

For UK it's releasing 31st December 2009. In America I don't know but it's definetely going to be Late 2009 BUT NO LONGER than Early 2010!

DC Universe Online may also have its very own BETA!!!

I want to be a Beta Tester for it as I was one for PlayStation Home and unfortunately didn't find any glitches

sorry to say but by the sounds of it there is a $15 a month subscription fee for all us unlucky players :(
although when you buy it you get 20 free days if that makes it any better?
