DCU help

I am in a PvE server and am just wondering how to turn PvP on, I always come across people with it on but can't seem to find it in any of the menus.

Oh sorry, I'mplaying it on PS3 in NA.

Press up on the D pad and it brings up your combat menu that shows all your combos and powers you have equipped. At the top of this screen is the PVP option that you can switch between on or off.CajunShooter
