It was posted before, I don't see what it has to do with the ps3, it's basically a dead or alive rip off, and there's no DoA game for ps3 as far as I know.Andrew_Xavier
It's fan made and has characters from Dead or Alive and Squenix games (hence the name). The animation is way to fast for me to tell if it's any good, but it seems to be pretty good. The modeling, however, isn't, but the videos are about the fighting, not the graphic quality. If it was all done by one person just for fun, it's pretty good. I think the choices of characters was bad. Limiting it to only females narrows down the list of memorable FF characters quite a bit. Dead or Alive is a mediocre fighting series, so not sure why the person used that as a subject at all. I guess they are a fan.
Anyway, I'm probably being overly critical (3d modeling/animation is my job). It's not bad for what it is, especially considering not much stuff like it is put out by individuals. I'm just not too sure the speed of the fights (way too fast for "realism"...I know using that word is stupid for what the video is about) helps me a lot, because I can't appreciate the videos as much. It kind of reminds me of those stick-figure fighting flash videos where the fights look really cool, but then you realize each fighting move is about 2 frames long, so if you slowed it down, it would look silly. (I guess I should note that I DIDN'T slow the video down to see the animation, so maybe I'm wrong about it's quality)
