In the Rossini Park mission, when Fred is in the Cabeza Boulevard Courtyard, I'm having trouble inflating the zombie head up enough to float up to the platforms to get the ring to complete the mission. The head only inflates about halfway and then stops inflating and won't finish. Does anyone have any ideas how I could fix that?
