dead space lenght?

im gonna buy DEAD SPACE but i wanted to know how long the game lenght. i don't want a game that lasted only 4 hours long chris969

For me the game was about 12 hours long. I averaged about an hour per chapter and there are 12 chapters. I've heard of some people beating it in 10 hours.

Yeah it's around 10-12 hours depending on how you play.

You can RUN through and past alot of monsters; and cut the game down to like 5 hours if you wanted to play like that.

Now playing on impossible setting and I think might take me a little bit onger.
