by reading this review i want this even more how incredibly challenging this game is , i needed a hard game like ninja gaiden , beautiful joe , the more challenging the more rewarding to end a game and a Hard RPG if on E3 they dont announce it for NA ill be importing this

well, it's been out since february in japan so I definitely imported it since it's already all in english. the game itself is nothing short of amazing. I've already downed 6 bosses, and I think I've got about 6 more to go. Probably one of the more difficult action RPGs I've ever played, but it's extremely addicting. I'm glad I was keepin close watch on this game and bought it when it first came out cause I hear it's kind of difficult to find now. It's easily my favorite game this generation, and probably the best one on the Ps3 so far.

PvP in this game is actually the coolest thing I've ever seen in a console game. I went on and off with this one guy 1on1 a couple of days ago, and it was SO intense. I'm glad people are finally starting to hear about this game :>

If you import the Asian version, you're good to go. It has both English voice acting and English menus. The manual is in Chinese, but it does come with a small English insert for basic controls. It's a really good game, but extremely difficult. Still with an import though if you're that interested in it.

Yea this game looks pretty sweet, will for sure have to check it out. Can only hope they actually release it here.

Thanks for the links. Looks good, don't think I'll be getting it anytime soon though. as much as I want a good RPG there's just too many games coming and not enough time or money :( I still haven't even opened my Oblivion GOTY and I got it in december!

Cool stuff, the only thing that really turns me off is the difficulty level. I don't know if I am sane enough to handle re-doing things everytime I die.

yeah, it's definitely a hardcore players type of game. If you're into harder difficulty type games that are rewarding/have tons of options for replayability then this is definitely a game for you. I've heard that newgame+ actually becomes more difficult (I still haven't beaten it on my first run through), and there's 10 classes to choose from so there's always new characters to try out.

so far I've got a noble that has a ton of endurance for running/defensive recoil/rolling, ton of strength so I can dual weild a heavy long sword and a bigger shield. I've got a lot invested into magic for more magic slots + more mana, and quite a few different armor sets for different situations. There's a lot to think about when creating your character.

do NOT go through playasia. I preordered from there 2 weeks before the game was supposed to come out and 2 days before the release date I got an email stating that I wouldn't recieve a copy till late march since they didn't estimate as many preorders as they got. they gave me a 10% discount if I want to wait a month, which I wasn't willing to wait for since I really don't see them as being that reliable any more.

Ebay was the easiest/fastest way of obtaining the game for myself. I paid close to 80 bucks and got it a week after release (3 weeks earlier than I would have gotten it from play asia). I've also heard that the game is going to be on backorder there for quite some time.
