I want to know which game you guys would recommend I buy first, Demon's Souls or Uncharted 2.......Heard They're both epic in their own ways, anyone play 'em both that can give me some insight?
It's a pretty safe bet that as an Atlus-published title, Demon's Souls will become extremely hard to find in a short amount of time - it's already less than common in most places. Uncharted 2 will still be in every store imaginable for the next few years.

Get both of course. If you can only get 1, then that was a good point about Demon's Souls being an Atlus game and becoming hard to find so I would go with that first.
Got both today and started with uncharted, so overall uncharted, but if you plan to get both anyway, I'd say DS, because, as mentioned, it will be harder to find later
It all depends if you love the type of game Demon's Souls is it is an aquired taste imo. If I had to compare Demon's with another game I would say Diablo 2 but for a console, I have 67 hours into the game and im only on my second play through and I started that with 60 hours on my guy.
Uncharted 2 like the the above poster said with be in stores forever unlike Demon's Souls which may not stay for sale in a store for a long period of time. Also Uncharted 2 will only be a 10-15 hour game and that is for the story mode, online you might put in an extra 30 hours but it seems like it will get boring eventually :D.

Uncharted is the "better" game Assuming you will eventually get both i strongly suggest you get demon's souls first because of its nature the online community wich is a huge part of the game wont live long.
both if you can demons souls the best jrpg today and uncharted2 the best game overall i get uncharted2 4 days earlier and say the new console graphic king game
I'm in the same predicament. I want to play Uncharted first because it's probably a much shorter game then DS's, but I'm just so very excited to start playing DS's. I can't help you since I can't help myself:lol:
I suggest demon's souls playing the last few days has me totally hooked. Honestly, I'm at the point where I'm considering avoiding Uncharted 2 for sometime since I don't want it to come between me and demon's souls...sigh... Anyways, I'll actually be picking up Uncharted 2 today if I find it in stores since i promised a couple of buddies we would play it together =(
yea due to the availablity of demons souls and the online community which is an important aspect of the game id get that first.
i have demons souls. 15 hours in. but i pick up uncharted 2 today so its going to be interesting what happens. i dont want to let demons souls sit too long so ill probably battle through the single player in uncharted 2 then get back into demons souls. save the multiplayer of uncharted for once ive beaten demons souls.
yes demon's souls is an aquired taste i suggest you spend a lot of time at the beginning learning all the nuances of battle. it really helps make the game easier and infinitily more enjoyable if you can quickly change tactics mid fight and massacre enemies with backstabs and parries. learn when to double hand weapons and when to duck behind a shield. its amazingly fun if you have a good setup and can jump back and forth between weapons and shields and whatnot.
get demons souls, you wont regret it. after you finish/get bored with it, puck up uncharted 2, and once again you won't regret it. two absolutely amazing games...
