You can't use there services anymore and you character tenedency turns black. Mephistopheles offers you a quest to kill them all with some rewards but only do it if your about to start a new game.

POSSIBLE SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The blue guy is useless, so no problem (he dies anyway), the guy that only talks is saint urbain's apprentice and sells miracles once you rescue his master, and the girl'll give you a purestone if you have 20 FAITH, so don't kill them!!
