look i usaually dont post, but i have something to say. i own 360 and ps3 both i love.i know alot of 360 gamers, and i dont even think one of them is instrusted in devil may cry, it can go multiplat but i think it will still sale more on the ps3...majority of 360 owners dont play those type of games, i personally think the 360 controller is not a good fit for those type of games.
what do u guys think will DMC3 appeal to the 360 lovers!
I've got an Xbox 360 and I'll be picking up DMC3 on it (even though I plan on owning a PS3 by then), I just feel more comfortable with the 360 controller, the PS3 one is too small for my hands. But I guess I'll just have to get used to it eventually.
Do you actually know the majority of the 360 owners? The Xbox360 has sold 10 million units, and you are saying you know the majority of the 360 owners?
I think it will easily sell more on the Xbox 360, if not solely because of the installed user base. Even if the base was equal between the two I might still say it would sell more on the 360 just because of the 360 owners shown propensity to purchase a lot of games. Saying that this type of game doesn't appeal to 360 owners seems like a stupid statement to me. Why would you say that? Do 360 owners dislike high quality games? Fun games with over the top action? Didn't Ninja Gaiden fit that bill pretty well? I just don't see how you could make that statement.

If you're adressing me, I said "wouldn't" not "didn't". FFXI didn't suck, it's a very hardcore MMO that mainly appeals to people who like MMO's. Did FFXI sell well on the Xbox?

i never said i know the majority of 360 owners i said i know alot of them..i have about 10 friends i hang out with that have 360, and DMC3 doesnt appeal to them..i was just asking a simple question, some of u guys turn it into a brawl.
ps3 controller sucks...its just not comfortable for nanything other than a sdhooter...thats what it was made forMiguel16
i disagree, i like my PS3 controller more than my 360 one. To me, the 360 controllers are bigger than they need to be. I like the smaller easier to handle controllers like the ones Sony has currently, and in the past.
even though the 360 controller is a little bigger (bulkier whatever) it is better at fpses. (Cause my thumbs hit during Resistance alot) Other than that PS3's controller is the best, tilt and I can charge from any usb I wish. (Usually from my PC while I play PS3)

Lose weight. I am just kidding. But, I do dis-like the PS3 controller mainly because it's too light and feels as though I'll break it. The 360 controller feels great when playing fps games like you said, because the feel and bulkyness of the controller fits well in the palm of your hands.

?? Doesn't make sense to me cause I'm dumb skinny for my age, so I really don't get that (comparing it to my earlier post) For sixaxis I like the lightness of the controller, and the feel of the buttons its more comfortable for long playing times. With 360 as I've said the only reason why it plays well for fpses is because the sticks are positioned further away from each other. I don't like the trigger buttons, they are springy which is good, but they are hard and hurt my skinny fingers after awhile.

With the play and charge, you can charge your 360 controller from your PC.....

He was referring to his friends that own 360's and how they are not looking forward to DMC4, not that this game doesn't appeal to ALL 360 owners. I find it funny that you call his comment "stupid" and point out that he claims to know the opinions of all 360 owners, yet you seem to know the buying habits of all 360 and PS3 owners, with the bold statement "360 shown propensity to purchase a lot of games". Cue Alanis casue that's ironic.
Played DMC3 on PS2 for about 15 minutes and hated it. Dony understand whats so great about this series. You fight for 10-15 minutes onyl to get owned by a boss and then you have to start over again?? Stupid. I hate those kind of games. At least let me save just before the bosses.
The loss of DMC4 is indeed anoying .. But I will start moarning the purchase of my ps3 (not till the 23rd im afraid) when MGS4 and FF13 go multiplat because then i might as well have bought the box60 and have been playing gears or something.(too be honest not allot of the box's games have appealed me so far because im more of an rpg player hence the ps3 ;) ) But oh well there's still a giant list of exclusives and for some reason people need to post the damn list everyday just to remind people.

[/QUOTE)I own a xbox 360 and i would still buy DMC 4 ON MY PS3 because i am used to playing dmc game on the playstation but it good new to xbox 360 owners bad for sony but who cares anyway now everyone can enjoy the game sony still has some good exclusive left
And does this make things a little even? think about it... ninja gaiden was only on xbox like dmc4 is to sony. so does this series going to 360 really matter? i dont think the new ninja gaiden (old to some) will head over to 360.
