i haven't played the earlier parts but i'm really looking forward to the new dmc4

so i was wondering will i be able to upgrade or change the weapons i have in the beginning of the game?

If DMC4 follows the DMC series tradition, we'll start with a gun and a blade... and in Nero's case the Devil bringer. During the game we will acquire more guns and other melee weapons, all of them upgradable but most times the upgrades come in the form of new or more powerful moves.
