Diablo 3 for ps3 and ps4?

Is it just going to be a port over to the ps4 so will be exactly the same?
and I am a bit skeptical about the way the controlls with work. but if they can do it right, I am so excited about this announcement.

and is it ps exclusive? 

If I buy it it'll be for the PS3

Somehow I doubt Blizzard will care much for upgraded visuals to justify buying it for the PS4

I think I'm one of few people that think that Blizzard games suck. And I've been around since Starcraft 1 and Warcraft (the RTS not the MMORPG).. didn't think much of them as RTS's compared to Age of Empires franchise (if anyone played AoE they might remember the DaRq from my name as an expert clan of AoE/AoK players). I played Diablo 2 for about a week but I've heard that D3 isn't even as good, so I don't give a crap about it.
