...was also online enabled?
I do, i mean the single player is already such a blast, the multiplayer would've rocked with at leaast 8 players.
So i hope uncharted 2 has online multiplayer.

No offence tc but having a multiplayer option with uncharted would suck badly if you ask me.
Beside from the graphics, the story is the only reason why im still playing this game, it has kept me so interested and having online would just ruin that- trust me.
gamespot would rate it a 6 or 7 if it was online enable, some games are meant not to have online for a good reason and thats not to have a bad effect on the story.

but i have no doubt that the online wouldnt turn out bad. i can imagine it really good. he same tactics, controls and things just like the single player would make it good.

Not all games need to be online. Uncharted is one of the few games these days that keeps the focus on the single-player experience, and I hope it stays that way.

Having a suck tastic tacked on multiplayer mode doesn't drag down a review THAT much, otherwise The Darkness wouldn't have garnered such a great score here.

In theory, it would probably work reasonably well. However, I want Naughty Dog to focus all of its resources on the single-player experience. In my opinion, and I'm sure many will disagree, I actually don't think any games should include both single-player and multi-player.
Sometimes it works, but I can't help but think that, in many cases, the real strength of the game is compromised because the developer felt obligated to include another gaming mode. Call of Duty 4 is a good example of this. We all know that the multiplayer in CoD4 is fantastic and that the single-player, while strong, felt sort of like an afterthought (only 6 hours?) I believe Infinity Ward should have taken the approach that Incognito took with Warhawk--they found that the multiplayer was where the game shined and focused solely on that aspect. There are countless other games that fall into this category.
Developers should focus on one or the other. I'm sure people will disagree, but it's somewhat rare that both online and offline modes in games are brilliant.
Whats wrong with an online mode? I would have liked it as long as it did not take awayt form single player. You can have both a good single player game and a good online portion. The reason why people are playing the game agian for trophies. The story is good for one play through, maybe two. Online gives a game a much longer lifespanndrliang
i agree..
