I was waiting for mine too and decided to email them for it. I got it this morning as a redeemable code. I combined it with my other $20 credit I got for pre-ordering SMG2 and with those $40 I decided to pre-order Call of Duty: Black Ops which also comes with another $20 off towards my next video game purchase.
FYI, you get a credit for your next Amazon ourchase, not a physical giftcard. It should be given upon 2 days of shipment so I'd shoot Amazon an email.

Yeah, I know. Which is why this is so irritating - how hard can it be for them to send out an email? You let us know when you run a company that promises $20 giftcards to the few million who pre-ordered off your site. Of course it will take time. I don't mind waiting a week. Usually they're faster, but I understand it took this long. As for Mod Nation, you could have pre-ordered it first and locked it in, then once you received your credit, you could have emailed customer service and they would have applied it to your order. I have done it before.
