did I buy a game for free on PSN?

I bought a game four days ago on the PSN, marvel vs capcom 2, I put my money on the network and bought it but I couldn't find the download, so I looked on my downloads page, found it, downloaded it and it was in my folder ready to play, an hour later I saw that on the page that says 'view cart' in the store, it said I still had my 30 dollars in my account, I thought it was just taking its time to take the money but four days have passed and I still have it.

has this ever happened to you?

It's a glitch.. you still have the money... this has happened before with Undead Knights, Sonic Rivals and The Last Guy.

It's a glitch.. you still have the money... this has happened before with Undead Knights, Sonic Rivals and The Last Guy.

I'm not sure honestly... I remember Playstation accidently posted Undead Knights as a demo... it was the full game, my friend "bought" The Last Guy and Sonic Rivals... neither he was charged with.

Sometimes Electronic sales can be weird... I remember a few years ago.. paying my rent online... they said they got it, yet my bank didn't take it out.

Which was a big portion of the money I spend in Hong Kong..

By the way... I captured this picture in Hong Kong... does it mean Ipod charging?

I was just amusing myself to be honest. It does remind me a little bit of the way Africans were depicted in the super old Warner Bros' cartoons, how their skin was pitch black and their eyes and mouths made perfect circles. But I figured if I was vague about it I'd see if anyone else saw it too or if it was just me.
