No one i know who wanted a ps3 got a 20gb... They were probably discontinued because they werent being sold as much as the 60gb. I guess when you spend 500 already, 100 more isnt too big for wifi and the other goodies...

it is to me. im trying to manage comp upgrades and getting a ps3 and games for both. that 100 dollars was my new motherboard:cry:

We don't really know what happend, but most people say that they where loosing more money on selling the 20gb then on the 60gb. Well i think its a good move to "discontinue" the 20gb. The more types of one console there are out, the more people get confused.
thats probably a rumor though 'cause its sounds stupid...what inyourface said makes more sense..lol but im just going by what i heard so whatever...there still around you just gotta look ive seen a bunch of them
i like the 20 one better... i dont need so much memory & i dont have that much cash....ive found SO many 20GB on ebay that are 450 dollars & below its not even funny...
