After i got my PS3 (80GB), i started to take it to my friend's house; back and forth i took it.Like a month later it did't want to read anydisc (games, cd's, dvds). Does ayone think it's due to the fact that I moved it too much?

Yes, but it really shouldn't effect the reader even if there was one in there.

It wont matter so much moving PS3 with disc in while it's disconnected from power, but you should never move it when powered up+disc inside.

My 60GB PS3 just did the same thing on Wednesday. I was playing NHL 08 and I got a disc read error, so I rebooted and it wouldn't read any disc at all. Sony's sending me a pre-paid shipping box so I can mail my PS3 back to them so that they can send me back a replacement unit (unfortunately a refurbished system as opposed to a new one). It's going to be hard waiting to get back to NHL 08.
