Tommy Vercetti was my favorite, but I have zero complaints about Niko. The story was definitely engaging, that wasn't the problem....it's the fact that after you get done with the amazing game/story, there's nothing worth going back for.
Saints Row got the replayability right, GTA needed more weapons/cars/customization/ and just fun stuff to do like Parachuting out of a helicopter.
[QUOTE="shabab12"]people complained about GTA 4 but it was still an amazing game and niko bellic was by far the best protagonist in any gta.Everiez
Agreed. Too bad gameplay ruined by answering phone and fulfilling appointment like relationship manager
Im going to disagree and say that these small details made the game a more realistic feel to me as amongst other things as well..
[QUOTE="Diddies"][QUOTE="Sokol4ever"]Niko is my country man, I was quite surprised when I understood him and his cousin native language conversations. ;)shabab12
I understood them as well. i turned on subtitles lol.
lol same. i couldnt handle badman. Ican agree with that because I only took in about a couple of words with every sentence. Even with subtitles on, I still couldn't understand him half the time.I believe that this is the best GTA character ever, Niko Bellic, because it actually showed this sarcastic ways and you could understand his character better through his characteristics. Now in GTA SA you could customize your character but nothing else. He was a gang member from a gang street but didn't have any character to him. Now Vice City was the worst GTA for me so far since GTA 1, or preferibly 2. He had no characteristics inside of him. A lot of times I would go back and play GTA III because Vice City just wasn't up to par with me. But have you noticed that it people usually love Vice City and hate San Andreas or love San Andreas and hate Vice City. Now im my opinion GTA SA, even though this had the acting of Samuel L. Jackson which I loved his cop character in this game, was the best but as far as story line, GTA IV was the best, even though it lacked some of the qualities its predecessors had such as airplanes and parachutes.Diddies
My thoughts exactly. I thought Vice City was overrated, and I never saw what was so great about Tommy. I preffered Claude from GTA III over him. But Niko was defenitely the best IMO.
Thing tht dissapointed me most about GTA4 was the ending. I waz expecting sumthing lik GTA:VC or GTA:SA, were after u finish the game u unlock a realy cool mansion wich is always packed full of your gang members, or on SA were by the time u finishd th cxampaign u shud hav just about all the gang territorys owned, wich made it alot of fun, getting them 2 follow u and defend u.
I waz reallllyyylooking 4ward 2 finishing so i kud become a big arse king pin.. but wen i did finish th campaign nothing seemed 2 change. I wanted my cuzin wateva his name waz 2 own a massive taxi/drug shiping busness ect. It just seemed tht after the game finishd i waz just an average bloke, not any big player or gang leader.
Thts me anywayz many of u probli wont agree wif me
GTAIV was the worst 3d GTA game ever made... the story was pathetic and boring.. the city was underused.. no wilderness to have fun in.. worst car handling physics in any game ever.. no planes... lacked the humor that made past GTA so great... and none of the radio stations were half decent... Vice City and San An FTW..
Not to mention Niko was the most detacthed character i've ever played as... he was just a total buzz kill the whole game...
