Did you like Driver: San Francisco demo?

Now im glad I played the demo because I usually buy series games the day they come out and I was really disappointed with the demo. The graphics and cutscenes were amazing, but the whole shifting from one car to another I thought was sorta lame (personally) as well as the story. I loved how the series was slowly developing into a GTA type of game but I really dont see it happening for this game(you couldnt even run over a pedestrian!). Im sure the game is decently good but this is probably a rentable game at best.

i didnt like it .deleted it after 5 minutes of gameplay , the cutscene had good graphics but everything else just sucked , wont waste my money on that

I would've preferred a remastered release of the original over SF. Thoroughly disappointed :(

I also was pretty disappointed with the demo, kinda got bored with it after the first couple of minutes. The driving mechnaics are horrible....it's a shame because the other driver titles I throughly enjoyed back when on the PC. Driver Parallel lines was actually pretty good, strong voice acting, a witty story and fun missions..the original driver was also pretty neat 'cept hard as hell. Unfortuntely I won't be picking up this title :(

I think "complete garbage" would be an understatement when describing that demo.

Getting my first experience with Driver in Driver 3 I can honestly say it's been a major disappointment from that game onwards.

Crap. Takes the legacy of a great first two games and drives it into the toilet even further. The paranormal stuff is a new low, and the game itself is mechanically sound (if you'll excuse the pun), but the devs gotta be Gary Busey Nuts to be doing this to a series that, along with "Stuntman", at one time defined fresh, awesome, killer driving games.

Just sad.

It was fun for a little while, just didnt do it for me. I'll probably wait for a price drio.
