Difficulty on Rock Band

Which difficulty level do y'all use? I use medium for both guitar and drums and easy on vocals. I am not so hot on hard or expert, haha. Oh well, i think it matters more to know your skill level and do well rather than exceedyour capabilities just to show off.

I use medim on drums, hard/expert vocals, and expert guitar. I just can't seem to play the drums for the life of me.Dimb

Man, how can you play on expert? It is ridiculously hard, and i can actually play Metallica songs on a real guitar.

Guitar = Medium

Drums = Medium/Hard

Singing = Expert

Guitar = Expert

Drums = Expert

Vocals = Medium/Hard (depends on song)

The vocals suck in this game, you can't get into singing it at all because the game docks you so many points if you're trying to match the tones exactly. I only do it when I have friends who want to play drums/guitar. Also, I was wondering something, when you're playing with people online, is it possible to hear the other people singing? I never can, but I thought that maybe they're just singing softly.

Does anyone know if we'll be able to use the Guitar Hero controller for Rock Band anytime? The strumming on the Rock Band controller is soooo crappy.

Word. I can't do the repeated notes fast without messing up. The strum bar feels too spongy.

Guitar: Hard, imo the strum bar is way to stiff

Vocals: medium

Drums: Easy or Medium, it depends on the song.

I can't seem to beat the end of Don't Fear The Reaper drums on hard. I think the best Ive gotten was 93%

Its annoying me. I have to beat that song to get to the last teir.

93% doesn't beat the song on Hard?

it does on guitar for me. i think he's just failing in like 1 little stretch or something, drums is a little more difficult because you can't activate overdrive as easily to save yourself like you can in guitar or bass

I wish you can hear them so i can laugh.

Seriously, I think it'd be fun to hear the other people, even if they don't sound great. (It's not like it's American Idol, who cares if you suck)

Plus, the singer would be able to request songs, and what not.
