So you pick a teacher to encourage a certain stat (or all stat) growth for "Front row" students... so does that mean people who are sitting on the front row get a boost in stats when they level up or something? Or only the people in the front row who are ALSO in the School Board club get this growth? How does this work exactly, anyone care to give me a full explanation of it?
Thanks guys!

Only people in the front row will get the boost when they level up. The people in the club won't get any of the effects from the teacher unless they're also in the front row. There's not much else to it.

I wouldn't worry about using it until you get to the point of effectively reincarnating characters and building them to certain strengths. This is so you can maximize the boost by gaining them every level from level 1 up.

thanks for the reply dude. And yes, I"m in the process of doing that right now actually... What stat do you think is best to boost? ATK? Or all stats?

It really depends on how you're trying to build the character. If you want someone using a sword and beating people down, go for ATK. Making a ninja with ridiculous evasion? SPD. Offensive magic powerhouse? INT. It's going to vary on what you want to do with the character(s).

Also, take note there's a difference in the stat boost between a teacher who would 'emphasize growth' and one that 'forces growth' (I think that's how the game describes them). The teachers that boost single stats boost by 5% for emphasize, 10% for forced; while the few teachers that do all stats don't give as much: 2.5% for emphasize, 5% for forced.
