Disgaea 3 or Little Big Planet?

I juss got fallout 3 a week ago and beat all of the stuff and now im choosing between Disagaea 3 or Little Big Planet...i want a game tht'll last me awhile so please post your opinions and thanks

So Disagea 3 is more like a stragety rpg? cuz i was watching videos and it seems confusing and little big planet seems kool to but i heard theres alot of glitches :/RazerOfHellVII

Disgaea is like Final Fantasy Chronicles.

It's grid-based, like chess or checkers.

Extremely boring to some (me), but a whirlwind of adrenaline fueled excitement to others (probably you).

LBP may have a kink here or there, but so do nearly all other games and they always get patched, the same way LBP will.

So do yourself a favor and get LBP.

Well i play alot of rpgs and stuff but the grid thing kind of confuses me but LBP ik is supposed to be fun with all this customization and all...is this true?RazerOfHellVII

I havent played disgaea 3 but from the videos ive seen it doesnt seem that fun unless your hardcore about those strategy RPGs.

I'm a huge fan of the Disgaea series, and I'm loving Disgaea 3, but it depends if you're a big SRPG fan or not. Maybe you liked Final Fantasy Tactics, Vandal Hearts, or anything along those lines. That's more or less what that game is like...just far more customization, comedy, countless hours of extra stuff, and lovable characters. Plus there's Prinnies.

On the other hand, Little Big Planet is freaking great. I was in the beta, and now I have the game...I've played so many hours of the game cause it's just so much fun. Especially if you have someone to play with, the game is amazing. Playing the beta with my three brothers was the most fun I've ever had playing any game ever, with all the laughter and screaming.

Honestly, I'd say go for Little Big Planet if you're looking for a game to play that's incredibly fun. Disgaea 3 would be the choice if you're looking to play a great game. One to keep you entertained with story, comedy, and well...SRPG fun if that's what you like.

LBP would be the more common choice, seeing as it's the type of game that anyone of any age can enjoy.

Simply put then graphics were sacrificed to upgrade; Moves, Special attack effects, optional stages and bosses, dialogue, and length. The game has so much stuff in it its hard to know where to begin.Zidaneski

The Super Nintendo graphics were fine for the PS2, but the PS3 on Blu-Ray disk, are you kidding me? I was expecting it to be at least PS2 Graphics, but to Still look like it came from the SNES, that is just unacceptable.

PS: TC, if you want get LBP right now, as I hear it's great and I am planning on getting it pretty soon. Then get Disgaea 3 when it goes down in price.
