Dissidia 2: Duo Decim HYPE THREAD!!! (Keep it in Here!)

I posted this in System Wars a while ago, but as well all know SW is not the ideal place for PSP titles these days. So I figured it would be wiser to post the thread here so we can all look forward to that next big PSP game. :D

Update #2 - 10/15/2010: More Info Regarding Dissidia 2!!!

We were sure Square Enix would localize thesequeltoDissidia Final Fantasy, its PSP fighting-RPG hybrid thing. But we also vainly hoped the company would alter the title for the American version to something that makes even the slightest bit of sense. No such luck.

Square Enix announced thatDISSIDIA 012[duodecim] FINAL FANTASYwill arrive on PSP in North America sometime next year, bringing new characters (Kain, Tifa, and Lightning, so far), a playable Chaos storyline, and a new, RPG-****mode along with it. We now hope it'll be available on PSN so we don't have to look another human being in the face when we buy something calledDISSIDIA 012[duodecim] FINAL FANTASY. Why would you do this to your own game, Square Enix? If you don't want anyone to buy it, just don't release it.

Update #1: 9/21/2010: Dissidia 2: Duo Decim ANNOUNCED!!!

Square Enix's next Final Fantasy drenched fighting game, the painfully titledDissidia 012[duodecim] Final Fantasy, was shown at this year's Tokyo Game Show in both playable and trailer form. Here is the latter.

The PSP game appears to have all the high drama and the beautifully rendered CGI of a Final Fantasy game, but now features more Lightning (Final Fantasy XIII) and Kain (Final Fantasy IV). Will the new Dissidia help push sales of the Final Fantasy series past the 100 million mark? Yeah, probably!

Dissidia 012[duodecim] Final Fantasy will be released in North America in 2011.

Liked the first one. The second one is looking epic. Heres hoping they add Zack as well. Its nice they are adding Lightning from FFXIII but why are they neglecting FFXII characters? I would like to see Basch or Balthier make an appereance, I could care less for Vaan though.

I love playing Dissidia, the gameplay, characters, moves STORY are alll great!!!

So I'm totally looking forward for 012!!! :X:X:X

I didn't like the story tbh, but no fighting game has a good story to begin with. I am waiting to know when it is being released.
