I have noticed on both LittleBigPlanet and Baman: Arkham Asylum (PS3) that some of the text boxes are incredibly distorted. Its primarily the text boxes on LittleBigPlanet and the character bio screen on Batman: Arkham Asylum is incredibly distorted. It looks like half the screen is moving and the other half is staying still. You can't even read anything on that screen. But once you get into the character bio the screen is perfectly fine. Can my tv not handle it or something?

I tried the tv in my bedroom. Just an old run of the mill tv, and it was perfectly fine as far as the quivering screensand the text boxes go! (I won't use this tv for my games and everything cuz it has some lines running across the top of the screen). So I go excited and figured it was the tv and went out and bought a 32" lcd and tested out my games. It's doing the same crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So it works great on an old crappy tv, but not on a brand new hd tv? Somebody please help! I am so confused!

are you using the standard scart cable that came with the ps3? if so that might be your problem. my hdtv does not like consoles when they are connected via scart. component and hdmi cables are fine though.

Turns out the original problem was my rf modulator. I got a new modulator put on and everything was fine. I watched a movie last night and everything worked beautifully. I went to play a game today and I can't get any video to either my ps3 of 360. The sound is intact but all I get is a black screen. I have triple checked all of my connections and everything is fine. What the freak is goin on?
