Sounds like the PSP is getting native DivX support (ie. no more encoding....of divx movies anyway). I'm not sure how I feel about this. If this was at launch I'd be pretty happy, but I'm used to encoding now and AVC produces really small files.... I suspect that I'll still be encoding so that I can fit more movies on my stick.
