Depends on your taste. I played and 'platinumed' Hitman Absolution and its a terrific game regardless of what the reviews say. It has 20 story missions which is a good sized SP. I haven't played DMC but the reviews have been stellar and it looks great. I don't like JRPG's. You can't go wrong with either DMC or Hitman Absolution.
Even ignoring potential quality differences Ni No Kuni is most likely to retain its value longer. So you'd be better off buying that now and picking up the other two in six months when they've $20 or less, if you're still interested in them.
I just finished Ni no Kuni. In my opinion, it's one of the very best PS3 games to date. I played Hitman Absolution and Blood Money (think that's in the HD trilogy too?) they were worth playing but not up-all-night addiction games like Ni no Kuni. I've never played any DmC.

Dissidia 012 ftw. ^^ So offtrack but you know I never got the chance to play that one, only played and actually beat the original! I agree, Ni No Kuni is top quality in every aspect. It's nice to play this game just to see how far we've come, even if we hold past favorites that "can never be beat", Ni No Kuni is impressive on a technical level alone.
If you like JRPGs Ni No Kuni...If you are not really into them buy Hitman now and wait for Ni No Kuni's price to drop. DMC is great but don't buy it right now, just wait for Capcom to release the Ultimate Super Combo Remix Edition
