Do i get banned in PS3 if i play a legitimate copy of Uncharted 3 early?

I just go it, but i am afraid i might get banned from psn or something if i play it early. What would happen?

Dude ur lucky to have ur copy early.. Just make another account and sign off the PSN while playing it to be on the safer side. ENJOY !!

why would you be banned, so many people from the legitimate AMC UC3 event got copies early as well who are premium pass members, and that was hosted by Naughty Dog, so if they can play it early, you can too

I'm confused here if you meant for online if you did, then you probably won't be able to play it anyway since the Online Pass won't be able to be redeem it till Tuesday.
