do people still play dc universe online?

lookin for a pretty casual, fun mom for the console. i played dcuo forever ago on my old ps3 and i had a good time with it, so i might get it for my new ps3, just wondering if there's still a good community before i purchase it.

the chat scrolls faster than I can really read it, so it looks like there's a lot of people playing.

I was wondering the same as I have yet to DL it on my PS4. Question, are they doing cross platform multiplayer with PS3+PS4?

I played the hell out of DCUO, but my TV is crap. It cuts the corners of the screen and i can barely read anything because the letters are so small. I uninstalled it until i can afford an HDTV, and i won't be getting a PS4 until that happens. :/
