Do visa gift cards work at the playstation store??

arent they like the same thing as a credit card? so they i guess they should work but just to make sure does anyone know??. does anyone know when there gonna have a playstation store card??

I use visa gift cards all the time. register them with the card company first on the website. It should tell you how on the back of the card.motherboop

I bought a Visa Prepaid Card (MyTreat) and all I had to do was punch in the information onto my PS3. For the card holder name I just put some crap to fill the space. Sony will then ping $1 from your card but you'll be able to add the rest later.
