I struggle to not finish games. even if I hate the game I will still attempt to finish it. the only game this gen which I haven't finished is resistance 2. I hated the single player a lot.

I also need to finish Resistance 2 but the one I may never finish is Fallout 3 I really can't get into that game.
I just can't seem to finish Motorstorm or Resistance 2. Resistance's campaign is crap and motorstorm's is too hard. i also have a copy of God Of War 3 lying around for a few months that I just haven't got around to beating, even though i have no idea why.
I try ti finish every game i own....even online multyplayer games i try to get everything you can unlock or be NUMBER 1 ON LEADERBOARDS...lol but the closest i ever got to that was being ranked #144 in the world in quake 4 for 360 prety close but i couldnt get any closer.

I have a rather large number of unfinished games, mostly due to having very limited play time. After having a large break from a game it's hard for me to get back into it, so I tend to brush it aside. I'm trying very hard to break that habit because I hate leaving games unfinished, even if I don't care much for it.
if I find a game too boring or drawn out i won't finish it.. video games are intended to be fun and if I'm not enjoying it, I won't bother wasting my time with it. However, i'm very careful with my game purchases and make sure i'm really into a game before i go ahead and buy it.
No. I MUST finish every game I have bought. Maybe not today, maybe not tomarrow, but I refuse to sell/trade it until I have at least beaten the gameNinja_Zombie83i agree with you lol except even if i beat a game i still wont sell it =P
i try not to but if there is a game that i seriously cannot play at all, i wont be able to finish it.
This I even put it back on wen i went through a bit of revisiting my games. i just couldn't do it.Prototype
I couldn't make myself finish. I couldn't even turn on my inner trophy whore to get it done; it just wasn't possible.

I usually finish a game with a story mode once I start it, even if I don't really like it as long as it's not horrible I'll at least give the story one run through.
In fact most games I finish within a week or so (as long as it's a standard 10-15 hour campaign). Then I move onto the next game, sometimes I'll go back later and replay again to get trophies but usualy I wait awhile. I have alot of games in backlog that I bought and haven't even started, but Dragon Age: Origins is the only one I started but put down. What's funny is I was enjoying the game immensely. It was just a victim to me getting too many games early in the year which I was dying to play, and then I got hooked on Bad Company 2 and pretty much didn't play anything else for a couple of months. I guess since so much time has gone by that I'll need to start Dragon Age over.
Racing games and sports games are an exception. I'll go on and off those all the time, some I never really "finish". I still have a ways to go in Pacific Rift and Midnight Club LA. Fifa 10 I've played a few seasons, but probably haven't gotten my money's worth yet so I wouldn't call myself "finished".
I pretty much always finish a game. of the 12 games I own I have only not finished 4. Wow that sounds kinda bad actually lol. The reasons are as follows though.
RDR - Playing it right now and am almost done I think. Awesome game
RE5 - was currently playing it with a friend, but RDR kinda distracted us :P
Ninja Gaiden Sigma - one of the first games I bought with my Ps3 and needless to say it just is not my type of game. It almost feels like it is not really a game I bought nor a PS3 game lol. I forget its in my collection really.
Rock Band 2 - but who honestly cares about the career :P.
The only game (besides NGS) in my 12 games that I struggled with beating is Demon's Souls, which I drug out for quite some time. On the opposite side of things, Uncharted 1, Uncharted 2, MGS4, God of War III, and Infamous held me like I was superglued to the TV, with UC2 being the most addictive one I think.
I do but unless i absolutely hate the game ill usually come back to it when i feel like re-playing something. That being said i olny have a few that i have left unfinished but i have quite a lot that i still havent played yet.
Only game I haven't finished is Uncharted 1, it just felt so inferior and mediocre after finishing Uncharted 2 lol.
I tend to finish all of my games, but there are a few like Dantes Inferno and The Saboteur that I just was not interested in finishing
I used to but kind of without realizing it. Then one day I noticed I had a collection of PS2 games that I was like 90% done and would likely never beat because it had been too long without playing them and I wasn't willing to start over. Now I make myself finish every game I start, which consequently makes me a pickier consumer, which is probably a good thing.
Recently, the game that gave me the most struggle with was MotorStorm: Pacific Rift. That was a pain but I did it.
I sometimes leave the single player untouched and never play it... But i usualy play the first few levels to get a hang of the game play.

I'm with you, even if I dislike a game, I'll make sure I finish it. No games of mine are unfinished at the moment.
