Do you think the PS 3 next gen system, which is also known as the current gen system, will make SC4 a much different exerience than the earlier versions? Can they make it a deeper game? Are you willing to tolerate another version of the corny announcer and some characters that were, in all fairness, ready for retirement? I want this game to be good, but if it is more of the same, that is bad news for "next gen" gaming.
i'm have very high hopes for SC4, after SC3 ( which sucked!) i'm hoping Namco gets this one right... i expect nothing less than perfection! or... individual boob physics.. :D either or would be great for me :P
I do have high hopes for soul caliber 4, (I'm hoping chronicles of the sword has been improved) but I was quite dissapointed to find that darth vader was going to be a character in the game, I think this ruins the game slightly as I doesn't really make sense. Darth vader + medievil times = madness
I did have high hopes for Soul Calibur 4 but now not so, I mean it seems they are heavily trying to promote the Star Wars characters instead of the game plus I could deal with one bonus character but now they have like 6 including the bonus anime characters. Apparantly the creater of SC4 also said the game would be button mash friendly, WTH ? SC4 is just messed up. Sigh, I'll wait for Tekken 6 instead.
i agree with snipes this game looks really gd and should hopefully still have chronicles of the sword still, but i think vader will ruin the game just a bit. sc3 it prequel was very gd so theis one has alot to live up to.
Other than one slightly off color comment, I did not receive any feedback about HOW you hope the game might be truly next gen with more depth. Anyone care to comment?
