Never had a single game go wrong on me in 20 years. But like I said I buy online so the transaction is automatically noted!

On my PS3? None. But I have had PS1 games screw up before and had to return them. I take very good care of my games, so I usually don't have issues, but it is nice to have the receipt in case there is a issue.I keep 'em for a little while. I used to stick 'em in with the manual under that tab. As of late I hold on to them for 2 weeks to a month and then throw them away.
Maybe I'll start putting them under the manual tab. I like finding old receipts and seeing when I purchased them.
