Metal Gear Solid 4 itself a Halo Killer? Nah. It's aimed at a slightly different player group on a different platform. But then there's the fact that it's coming packaged with MGS:O and I watched the trailer over at GT and I have to say it looks pretty good... it's possible I guess but I doubt it, MGS4 would have to go multi-platform for it to be in the realm of possibility at the moment in my opinion.
i really don't think that there is such thing as a halo killer. halo is halo and will be huge. end of story. nobody is going to not buy halo because of some other game.
No, it won't be a Halo killer. I wish Hideo Kojima wouldn't have tried to make a Halo Killer by changing the gameplay mechanics. I liked it the way it was (some controls could use some tweaking though.) This will probably be the least stealthy Metal Gear game in existence because of this.
