Konami have said something about it. They did say in response to trophies in MGS4 "Be patient, we're listening"
I could care less, i bet it would be like linger in the shadows. Just watch all the cut scenes and instant platinum.. Sorry kojima Snake eater > guns of the patriots.
doubt it they will probably release MGS4:substance which will have trophies, more reasons for people to rebuy the game if trophies are what your into.AGMing
this, just like they did with MGS OPs release the same game, with some extra tweeks.
The game does not need one. It has tons of IN GAME unlockables. Trophies=Not needed for MGS4.GrandJury
Trophies are not needed for any game, they just add replay value or personnal goals. Like me when i played super mario, i did a personnal goal. Beat the level under 2 mins Yay me. Its just bragging rights.

Linger in Shadows does not have a Platinum trophy. It was giving an example on how i think the trophies well be given, im aware it doesnt have a platinum trophy. Only psn game with one is wipeout.
