Do you think Rainbow Six: Vegas is worth all the delays?

Do you guys think that Vegas will be worth all of these delays it is seeing? Do you think it will be just your basic port that is not any better or maybe worse than the 360 version? Or will the ps3 version surpass the 360's in one way or another?

I already own the game and it's very good. I just wanted to see everyone else's take on how they feel the game will be ported and if it will be good enough to justify the delays it is constantly getting.

No fanboy posts please. Post something logical other than "Ps3 version will be 1000x better because its sony!".

Responses like that should be modded.

I think the question really is...is it going to be that much better because the delayed the game 3-4 times...and the answer to that is no...Its more than likely not going to look any better...will it look the same probably, there might be very minor differences...certain things looking better on either console...but I really doubt there will be any true difference...less bugs?

All in all its not going to change anything...for all we know the game is basically ready to go...and some Sony higher ups or Uber Delay Soft is just holding out for the European launch and for more PS3s to enter the market...

I'm picking up a 360 this week, and R6 was one of the games I was eagerly awaiting on PS3. Now that I have access to the 360 version, should I just pick that version up, or would there be a compelling reason to wait for the PS3 version?xxxxrefusedxxxx

I haven't heard anything new that will be implemented into the PS3 version.....regardless, its still going to rock. Since you are getting a 360 and the game is already out, you might as well pick it up and enjoy it now.

if something amazing is added to the PS3 version, then I'll apologize now, but I really doubt it.

the developers have already said that the PS3 version will be more realistic , Much smarter Artificial Intelligence , I also read that The graphics were being upgraded by alot in the PS3 version as well , Ubisoft said they wanted the game to have a Resistance visual comparison , The Xbox 360 had many complaints about its  graphics because everyone was playing Gears of War , I thought the game was great , but graphics were a little bit choppy , Custom Xbox Live Vision Cam face was lame , The AI was good , Very good , but if they make it even worse , then WOW the game will be extremely hard on the PS3 , The best features online are the Co-op modes , which really bring out the AI the most.  I dont know , if you have a PS3 , then I would say wait a few more weeks and get it for PS3 , It's a definate must have that really can bring people together on the PS Network , It's also a great game to have after the Huge PSN update in March , Which is to finally Put the PSN together allowing for better profiles and easier Gaming with PSN , If its all as good as Sony keeps hyping it , I guarantee it's no joke what there going to do. The only reason I think it has the potential to look better is because of what Bethesda did with Oblivion.  However, the 360 version was already great so whether anything is upgraded or not, it should still be a blast.
