Do you think Sony can stop this?

The PS Jailbreak device that is selling like sh*t and claims that it does work and MAY not be stopped by Sony due to tricking the PS3 and has future updates :?:
Its all gonna be clear when the firmware update comes on Sep. 30 However the sellers are shipping the devices before that date comes while asking peoplenot to download the firmware update.

Some websites say that Sony will only ban user to get online. What do you think?

They already have. They went to court and it's illigel to sell them (nad probably use them). Also I hope they ban whoever uses them.
