Do you think Sony will bring back the Bravia + PS3 Deal?

Hey all,

So I am soooo close to getting a new LCD TV and a PS3

unfortunately I get the money which will allow me to buy said precious

items a bit too late. Too late being a few weeks after the Bravia + Ps3 deal

ended, which was pretty much the greatest deal I've ever seen.

I saw they did it in January as well. Who thinks they'll bring it back?

No, they never will. The offer they had was just an attempt to boost sales. Since sales really no longer need boosting, there is no use for promotions. Sonys game devisions are now making profits for the company, no more worries.budboarder

Well the deal did shift 75,000 HDTV's worth >$2000 ea. ....

Anyway the deal will not be back this year but it is possible that it will return mid-2009 should PS3 production costs drop enough. Also with PS3's install base at 380,000 in Australia in not sure how many PS3's they would give away -- im guessing future deals will be on a smaller scale (like 10k units...)
