does any one use comcast cable? I need help please T_T

see we switch to comcast becuase of a better deal. and thats all fine but i cant conect my ps3 to the net. it should let me but it does not. Before I was useing dsl for verizon witch worked fine. and comcast is a hell of a lot faster on my computer. so I know its good but I just cant conect.

I tried changeing the settings, turning every thing off and connecting the ethernet cable and so on. nothing it always times out. can any one help me please?

modem would work fine if this damn modem box was not set with a battery. I unplug it and it stays on for the phone -_-. so it wont reset. ill just have to get a motem to do it. its easyer to work wwith.gunboyx
