Does anybody know when SoundShapes is supposed to be released?

I've heard that it's supposed to come out today. But I also think it may not be released until the 15th. Does anybody know for sure?

ok, I'm sorry for thread jacking but can someone please explain what kinda of game this is suppose to be? I've watched the videos and keep hearing many say how great it's gonna be but can't for the life of me figure out the hype.
