Does anyone know when GRAN TURISMO 5 will be released?

It's likely going to be released in 2010 but no clue what month.

i heard or read it was going to be released sometime in december of 09 or early 2010, but don't rely on this info, this is what i heard.

Who knows anymore, lol. Ive heard this holiday and early 2010 as others have said. Part of me wants it this year after waiting so long for it, but the other part wants it next year sometime, then again 2010 isnt going to be any less crowded with games. (Maybe worse) Slight topic change, any release date ont GT PSP ?

Nope but it will be a masterpiece, the game has been in development for SOOOO long! I'm guessing it's going to be highly authentic! I'm guessing anywhere from 2010-2013.

The attached site has a rumour that they will announce a release date at GamesCom Cologne during Sony's August 18th press conference.

I dont know if this is true but i can tell you it should be out before Duke Nukem but no promises.

Gran Turismo is a little boring now.

I read on many sites it is still coming end 2009, I really hope so. But I think more like february 2010

From the recent interviews with Yamauchi-san he pretty much stated they got the game ready for release whenever they want. This pretty much tells us the game is done.

They seems to continue polishing the game as much as they desire.

If GT5 doesn't hit pretty likely 2009 Christmas release, it will be out in Q1 2010.

If GT5 got released today i would buy the game and get Forza 3 at alater date but because they are not bring the game out i will end up buying Forza 3 and then get GT5 at a later date when its probably has come down in price. I won't be the only person doing this and some people might not buy two racers so why not bring the game out first if its finished?

If they are still working on the game then fair enough get it finish but if they are just waiting for the right lauch date then just get it out before Forza 3.
